1. Digital Services & Insurance Plans

Dentasurance.com provides digital services, including access to dental insurance plan information, quotes, comparisons, and enrollment assistance. Because these services are delivered electronically and often involve third-party insurance carriers:

  • All sales are generally final

  • No physical products are shipped

  • Returns are not applicable

Once a dental insurance plan is purchased or enrollment is submitted, refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance carrier, not Dentasurance.com.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error
